Jet Neptune is the co-creator, director and an executive producer of Fishtank. He is also credited as an editor for the show's edited episodes.

Overview[]

Jet does not play a character, only making appearances as himself, unlike Sam Hyde's portrayal of Goldstriker. Jet makes appearances in the tank to relay updates to the fish regarding the show's status, bring gifts or grocery items, address technical issues, conduct interviews and provide camera work for the edited episodes. Jet appears to be the primary vector of communication between the fish and production staff, often addressing personal issues of the fish. Jet is presumed to be living and working full-time in the basement of the tank overseeing the show's production and maintaining the website. Jet provides the majority of official updates regarding the show via his personal Twitter account.

In a sense, Jet is the only "real" member of the production staff who is not playing a character, ensuring that the fish trust him enough to confide in him during moments of genuine stress.

Appearance[]

Jet has a stocky build and dark hair styled with an undercut. He is most often seen wearing designer t-shirts and oversized jumpsuit/tactical style pants. As you can tell he is also very hot and sexy, his bulky unibrow making all the women's knees weak. He is very obviously popular with the ladies. He makes all the freaks wet whenever he is around.

Personality[]

Jet has a laid-back and personable demeanor, especially in contrast with the other production staff who are constantly in character and antagonizing or otherwise playing jokes on the fish. His appearances in the tank are generally brief. While Jet himself does not play a character, he does frequently aid in the pranks and gaslighting, examples of which include lying to the fish regarding the purpose of the fake wires in the bedrooms and showing Jonathan fake Andrew Tate tweets. Still, Jet acts as more of a "good cop" to Goldstriker's "bad cop."
